You can do this by nodding your head up and down (as if you’re saying yes) and twisting it from side to side (as if you’re saying no). Then, lower your right ear to your right shoulder (to stretch the left side of your neck) and repeat on the other side.
Sit upright and keep your spine long. Place your right knee over the left and bring your left palm over the right knee while the other hand is on the armrest. Twist your body towards the right and hold for a few breaths. Repeat on the opposite side.
