Online Loading:-In this case full container rake consists of 80/90 TEUS is placed inside packingplant.

Offline Loading:-In this case we prestuff containers in advance and when rake is placed. Emptycontainers are unloaded and filled containers are loaded. This activity is to bedone in within 9 Hrs of Placement otherwise demurrages' charges are imposed byrailways.

Coastal Movement:-From plant Truck is loaded and reaches Mundra/ Kandla Port. From Mundra/Kandla port cargo is dispatched in packed containers via Ship. Train to port andfrom port by Ship. Train to Terminal and Terminal by Truck to Nepal i.e domesticexport. Truck to port and from port by ship. I,e exports.

In case of Twin destination rake we have to load the containers in one HOOK.

Transit time of Rake is 8-10 Days and Rake is placed once in month forparticular destination and as per plan.

We need to be careful while giving any commitment to customers with respectto delivery, price and any other services.

Orders executions is done in 3 days time. But after completion of Rake if anyorders come from customers can be catered in next rake only.
