• Description of Program: Come and join us from 7 to 10 PM where your favorite games come to life. Participants between the ages of 30 to 60 will get the chance to play life sized games from their favorite video game consoles, like Atari, Playstation, Sega, regular arcade games, and much more. Teams will move from game to game, collecting hole punches on their gamers punch card and the two teams with the most hole punches compete in the ultimate video game battle. Come release your inner child and let loose and have fun.

• Facilities/Space Needed: Sirata, Beach Resort in St. Pete’s Florida. The game stations will be split between the beach, the outdoor pool area, the pavilion, and the indoor conference center.

Program Details

Program Details• Marketing/Promotion – advertise through the

resort and the conference centers. Also create a co-sponsorship with GameStop to help facilitate this program.

• Participants – 200-250 men between the ages of 30 to 60 years old.

• Number of Staff Needed – 40 staff members

Program Details• Fee (Cost per Person) – Each individual will pay

$50 for this program• Total Cost of Program – The maximum total cost

of this program is $5,119.41• Profit Potential – The total profit potential could

be $7,380.59

• Prizes – Each winning team member will get a $25 GameStop gift card and a $70 resort restaurant gift certificate.

Implementation1. Divide the men into 13

to 17 teams of 15 to 20 men.

2. Teams assigned based off of assigning symbols to each person

3. Each team handed a Gamer’s Card where they have to write their team name on it.

1. Before teams can begin moving they will be given two stuffed animal dogs

2. As a team they are required to carry their “pets” through all the stations

3. If a staff member sees the team drop or leave the dog at a station that pooch is confiscated

4. At the end of the 2 hours the total number of dogs the team still has equals the number of hole punches they get

Supplies: 34 Stuffed Dogs needed

GalagaInstructions:1. Each team will either be

assigned alien invaders or Galaga heroes

2. Goal: By playing laser tag eliminate your opponents first, the last team standing wins 2 hole punches, while the losing team only gets 1 punch.

Supplies: • 4 to 5 space themed

inflatables• Laser tag

equipment/vests and guns needed (50)

• Glow sticks and lights/flashlights

• Benches for sidelines• Whistles (for staff

members to alert people of eliminations)

PinballInstructions:1. When given the go ahead – one player

will stand to the left and kick the ball between the walls, trying to get around them

2. Once the game is going its up to the players to keep the ball “alive” for as long as possible

3. Players can utilize bumper circles and ramps to keep the ball moving

4. Staff will be in shallow holes to catch the balls

5. Players get 5 lives6. After 15 minutes the game is over7. To pass and get a hole punch players

must have 3 lives left

Supplies:• Soccer ball• Large plastic storage

buckets• Orange safety fencing• Safety fence posts• Small skate ramps

TetrisInstruction:1. Player will stand in front of

board while staff begins to slide pieces down

2. Blocks cannot be touched until they pass the line

3. Process of increasing space will continue until board space is gone or time runs out

4. To get a hole punch, 22 lines must be filled

Supplies:• Wooden blocks• Wood glue• Paint• 3 2x4 wood pieces

• 2 measured out to 2 ft. 3 inches

• 1 measured out to 1 ft.• 2 measured out to 5

inches• Plywood measured out to 2

ft. 3 inches high and 1 ft. width

• Clamps (optional- used to hold wood together until it dries)

• Yard stick• A chisel

Sonic TennisInstructions:1. Two teams will each line up side

by side on one side of the ping pong table

2. There will be a coin toss to decide which team serves first

3. When the volley begins each team member has to rotate and go down the line hitting the ball.

4. Whichever team misses the ball, the opposite teams earns a point.

5. The first team to get to 7 points wins

Supplies:• 3 Ping pong table (with net)• Ping pong balls (at least

50)• Ping pong paddles (12

paddles, 2 for each side of each table)

• 3 Quarter coins

Mortal Kombat

Instructions:1. Players stand on an inflatable jousting

pedestal.2. Once the staff yells go, they hit each

other until someone is knocked off.3. All team members will rotate, and if 3

people from same team win they earn 1 hole punch, if 6 people win they receive 2 hole punches

Crash BandicootInstructions:1. When given the go ahead, they will

go through hula-hoops doing “high knees”

2. Next they will walk the plank3. After plank, they will zigzag

through cones4. Finally they will race to finish with a

beach ball between their legs5. For 1 hole punch, course needs to

be completed by team*While all this is going on, balls will be thrown at players*

Supplies:• 10 Bowls • Velcro tape• Hot glue gun• Tarp• Hula hoops• Shovel• 2 8ft long, 4 inch diameter

FIFA World CupInstructions:1. Choose 11 players from 2

teams and assign color2. Get into assigned

positions3. Once ready, ball will be

thrown into play4. Plays just like

soccer/foosball5. First team to 11 points

wins, or highest

Tony Hawk Pro SkaterInstructions:1. 3 team members will be riding a

skateboard while the other team members will be pulling the skateboarder.

2. The three riders will rotate trying to pick up as many balls as possible while they are being pulled.

3. The team that collected the most balls wins

Supplies:• 6 skateboards• Rope (6 strands each 2 yards

long)• Mini Plastic Pool (not inflatable)• Plastic balls/Ping Pong

Balls/Wiffle Balls (100 of each kind)

BioshockInstructions:1. Each team represents a Big Daddy from the

video game Bioshock, and the goal of the game is to get to the Little Sister on the opposite side of the course. A Big Daddy’s main purpose is to protect a Little Sister.

2. Each member of the team stands side by side in a line. A staff member will hold up a color, either green, yellow, or red.

3. If a green card is held up then they can walk to the other side of the course.

4. If a yellow card is held up then they must begin moving in slow motion

5. If a red card is held up then they must stop where they are, if they are seen moving after the red card is displayed they must go to the beginning and start again.

6. Once the entire team reaches the little sister cut out/statue on the other side of the course they must bring her back to the starting line.

Supplies:• Duct/Masking tape to

mark the beginning and end of the course

• Large Index Cards• Red, Yellow, and Green

Paint• Action Figures/Cut Outs

of Little Sisters• Whistles (to alert them

when someone has to go to the beginning of the course

Wii SportsInstructions:1. Games will be played just as

they normally would at home, except they need to get a certain score in order to pass

2. Games being played:• Tennis:• Bowling:• Baseballo In order to get 1 punch, players

must complete 1 of the 3 games

o For the second punch, players must complete 2 of the games

Rock BandInstructions:1. Play game as normal would, following the

all rules and must be played on Medium difficulty• Staff members will be by to answer

questions2. In order to get 1 punch, players must

achieve a 3 star rating once• For second punch, players must

achieve the rating on 2 songs3. If players fail to achieve 2 in a row, they must

follow the leave and return policy mentioned at the beginning of this program plan

• Guitar• Bass• Drums• Microphone

Angry BirdsInstructions:1. 3 team members at a time will step up to the line2. 2 players will grab one end of the launcher while the other person will grab the middle

section3. They will be given 3 angry bird balls to knock everything down4. The middle player will be handed a ball to place in the “chair” where the ball will sit5. When given the all clear, the player will pull back on the launcher (slingshot) and release at

desired length within the expressed limit6. Team members will rotate turns so that each player has shot at least 1 ball and has held

the slingshot7. The goal is to knock down all the pigs and all the boxes, if the players fail to do so in those

3 turns it is considered a loss8. If possible, every player must fire at least 1 ball9. In order to get a hole punch, the team must knock down the entire setup 1 time. In order

to get the second hole punch, the entire setup must be knocked down a second time.Supplies:• Mega ball launcher• Angry bird balls• Cardboard boxes• Plush pigs• Large yellow, red, and green balloons• Tape or rope

Instructions:1. Each team gets 7 letter tiles

(randomly picked by the staff)2. Already place on the board is 2

tiles each of TW, TL, DL, and DW.3. Then each team will take turns

placing a word on the board, and earn points based off of the placement of the word, length of the word, and the letters that are used.

4. Once a team runs out of letters then the game is over and points are tallied.

Words with FriendsSupplies:• Large foam board pieces (at least

50 to make all pieces)• Paint (Black, red, green, yellow,

and blue)• Small wooden stakes (8 stakes

total)• Rope (at least 12 to 14 feet)• Outdoor Spray Paint (to mark the

board)

Ultimate Video Game Battle: Life Size Pac-Man

Instructions:1. Players will go in 1 team at a time in increments of 2

players2. Players will be equipped with a basket to put in the

balls (pellets) into , as if they were Pac-Man 3. There will be opposing team members inside maze

acting as ghost who are trying to tag you– There will be 4 ghosts in the maze to represent

each ghost in the game4. If you are tagged you are out5. The goal is to collect as many balls as possible within

a 2 minute time frame6. Staff will count up total balls, write down, and send

in the next group of players until an entire team has went

7. Teams will then switch places8. Repeat process until both teams have gone9. After everything has been tallied, the grand winner

will be announced

Supplies:• Inflatable maze• 2 Ladders if

desired• Nerf balls• 5 Baskets

Rainy Day• 1. no changes required• 2. bring inside but turn

lights off• 3. & 4. move parts inside• 5. no changes required• 6. can be moved into

ballroom, and smaller games moved to a MPR room

• 7. can be brought inside but instead digging a hole and filling with water, just but poles over the tarp

• 8. Move indoors, but requires modifications

• 9. needs to be done in a hallway

• 10. can be moved indoors if space permits

• 11. – 13. no changes required

• 14. grid and board can be moved indoors

• Final game requires no changes
