The following duties reflect management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict tasks that may be assigned. Uses query tools as needed to develop and provide accurate and comprehensive reports and extracts for the University user community including mail merge files, system reports, mass emails, ad hoc custom reports Helps to maintain the integrity of the biographical and ancillary data in the UT Foundation computer system Compares and maintains departmental mailing lists Maintains email bounce backs Serves as the back up to the System Support Specialist and/or University IT Specialist during absences. HOW TO APPLY :

REQU IREMENTS :

A Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field is preferred; 2-5 years

relevant work experience is required. Experience is required in Windows 10 and all areas

of the Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient experience in SQL required; Crystal Report

knowledge not required, but recommended.
