European Local ENergy Assistance• ELENA technical assistance grant of 2.6m euros will provide us with

additional staff/consultancy resource for 3 years

• Can be spent on developing investment proposals to domestic & public sector buildings

• Requirement is to deliver investment at least 25 times the grant

• Investment can be committed or delivered via internal or external sources (including grants, private sector investment, etc)
