The Water Cycle

“Evaporation and condensation take place in nature too. Water on the surface of rivers, lakes, ponds and oceans get heated up by the heat of the Sun and evaporates. It rises up in the air. As the water vapor reaches the upper parts of the atmosphere, it cools down and condenses as tiny droplets of water to form clouds. The water droplets in the cloud further condense to form bigger drops of water which come down to the Earth as rain. This cycle is called the water cycle”.
