The Water Park at Spring Lake Release of Liability and Indemnification
As a participant in the Water Park at Spring Lake offered by the Sonoma County Regional Parks Department, I hereby waive, release and discharge the County of Sonoma, the Sonoma County Water Agency, and its respective officers, agents, employees, volunteers and representatives (hereinafter, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property, including liability arising from any act of negligence or want of ordinary care on the part of Released Parties, arising out of or otherwise relating to my participation at the Water Park. Risks can include serious injury or death if not used properly. If any photograph(s) taken are selected for publication and/or promotion, I agree to permit the Sonoma County Regional Parks Department to use the photograph(s). I further agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands and causes of action, including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuit relating to the subject of this release. I acknowledge that I have read the Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement, understand its contents, and agree to its terms and conditions. By signing this Release of Liability I affirm that I have read and understand the rules for use of the Water Park and agree to comply with them.

The lifeguard may expel people who endanger their own safety or that of others from the park!

The park is not responsible for any personal items from users inside or outside the premises!

To ensure your SAFETY in the water park, PLEASE respect the following RULES: • Only use during the official opening hours • Only use in the presence of a lifeguard• Do not use in darkness or when there is lightning• Do not jump from the Wibit Trampoline, Action Tower XXL etc. onto other objects• Use the products responsibly to ensure you don‘t injure yourself or others
The operator cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to improper use of the water park or if the safety rules aren´t followed.
