meaningful participation
General Strategies1. INCLUSION VIA ‘LEGITIMIZATION’. Building
legitimacy by strategic positioning of the Bangkok consensus as a serious civil society contribution to WSIS Asian meeting Official communication to Tokyo point
persons & other key WSIS people; Report and/or Statement to be submitted within one week
Build relationships with key people (strategic role of Japanese CSO Caucus)
Assert role as de facto “CS Division” for the Tokyo meeting
