All Inclusive Packages are available all year round. Summer packages are available May through to September. Winter packages are available October through to April.

Our weekend packages are available on Friday and Saturdays.Our mid-week packages are available Sunday to Thursday.

THE CASTLE ROOMSSTANDARD WEDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS /PAYMENTS All provisional bookings will be held for 14 days with no obligation, however if no deposit is received within this time period, then provisional bookings will automatically be cancelled.

To guarantee your wedding booking a £300 deposit is required within 14 days of your provisional booking.

A wedding booking contract will be issued by Lisini Pub Co. to be signed and returned.

All deposits and part-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of time frame or whether or not the booking contract has been completed and returned to Lisini Pub Co.

On payment of your £300 deposit it is understood that you have read, and fully agreed to all our terms and conditions.

A further deposit of £1000 is due 9 months prior to your wedding day. 3 months prior to your reception, 50% of the anticipated remaining balance will become payable.

The full balance is due 21 days prior to your wedding, no refund will be given for any decrease in numbers after this time.

These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the wedding date is cancelled. A final sundries bill may be payable on the day. If we are unable to contact you due to change of address or phone number we reserve the right to cancel your wedding irrespective of deposits paid.

MENUS It is the clients’ responsibility to inform the venue, prior to the event, of any guests’ special dietary requirements or food allergies.

Guest numbers, menu selections and timings are required 3 weeks prior to the function.

Children under 12 are charged at half price of the adult menu selection. Children under 3 may have a complimentary small portion of the adult menu, unless they request a special menu.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A minimum of 80% of your total guests must be catered for in the evening buffet selection.

FOOD ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCESIf you suffer from an allergy or food intolerance, please let us know so that we can advise you. Information is available listing the allergenic ingredients used in our foods as required by current UK and EC laws.

INSURANCE We don’t want anything to go wrong and we will work hard to ensure you have a perfect day, however there are some things that are outwith our control.

We would therefore strongly advise that you arrange adequate wedding insurance cover.

Please note that the venue and Lisini Pub Co. will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the clients’ property, including wedding gifts brought into the venue.

Your ceremony set up will include red carpet welcome on arrival and dedicated staff. Venue ceremonies are subject to an additional arrangement fee of £300.

THE FINE DETAILS The bar is licensed until 12.45am, DJs and live bands may play until 12.45am.

CARS Bridal cars and wedding party car hire are both supplied from a third party. Please note choices available will depend on availability.

Your ‘Lisini Car Selection’ can be up upgraded at an additional cost which will be paid directly by you to the

car hire specialist. Lisini Pub Co cannot be held responsible for any moneys paid to third party suppliers.

Children’s choices are available and can be included in your number; however, no alteration in package price will be made.

Evening buffet is based on 100 guests. This is a choice of either The House or the Evening Breakfast buffet.
