The finish is achieved by placing the alloy wheel in to a lathe where the front face is diamond cut producing a simply dazzling shine. The wheel is then lacquer to ensure a waterproof and durable finish. The wheels are then chemically stripped depending on the condition or damage. If the wheel only has damage on the diamond cut surface it generally is not always required. When the wheels are fully prepped they are then washed and degreased. The wheels are then prepared for high build powder coat primer / wet paint. The colour (normally silver) is added and the profile is programmed for the CNC tool path. With the profile written and the wheels silvered to the customers requirement, it is then mounted to the diamond tipped CNC lathe. The wheel is then cut in minimal amounts in order to produce the desired finish. After the wheels have been diamond cut they are then powder lacquered. Following this the tyres are refitted. We also offer a custom cut service which allows your customer to design their own unique wheel. Slide 4 Price List Standard Diamond Cut Refurbishment 70-80 PW This includes collection and delivery of the wheels via a next day courier service and the removal and refitting of tyres including balancing and new rubber valves. 5 day service. Chemical Stripping +15.00 PW This includes shot blasting and high build primers. (could be saved by blasting / prepping) Split Rims From 150-250 PW The includes tapping the bolt holes and cleaning the threads, all bolts are torque and thread locked. The inners are painted and the lips diamond cut. Allow an extra day turn around for split rims.
