The Abs Express Class is 10 minutes and is offered at 7:50am, 12:50, 1:50 and 6:50pm.
Class Descriptions
Abs Express is ten minutes of exercises for the abdominals and lower back.
Body Blast is an intense, interval-driven workout combining strengthening techniques, plyometrics and calisthenics.
Boxacise pounds away at the pounds with punches, jabs, hooks, speedbags and jump-ropes.
Combo mixes fun, challenging low and high impact steps in one aerobics class. Old-fashioned , high-energy aerobics!
Core and More is a fun, high-intensity circuit training class that incorporates strength and aerobic exercises that aid in muscular strength and endurance.
Cycling is an exhilarating, challenging 50-minute journey of speed drills and hills that takes your fitness to another level.
Fitness Circuit combines creative strength and aerobic exercises in a series of stations through which participants rotate.
Gentle Yoga combines deep breathing, slow movements and gentle stretching for beginners to Yoga. Perfect for easing into health and relaxation.
Muscle Fitness on the Ball uses stability balls and resistance equipment to exercise the entire body and improve balance.
Interval training is a high intensity class combining intervals of cardiovascular conditioning, muscular fitness and flexibility.
Karate is a method of self-defense using the hands, feet and other parts of the body as weapons. Move in all directions with power and speed, fast or slow.
Latin Mix combines Salsa, Meringue, Cumbia, Bachata and Reggeton to get you dancing and sweating. Toning exercises follow.
