Executive Statement Dr. Robert Goldman & Dr. Ronald Klatz

Around the world, people are seeking expert medical guidance for ways to stay healthy, active, and vital well into their older years. As a result, the principles of the anti-aging medical model have gained rapid and widespread acceptance as a framework for lifelong habits for healthy living. Anti-aging medicine is a clinical specialty is founded on the application of advanced scientific and medical technologies for the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related dysfunction, disorders, and diseases. The goal of anti-aging medicine is not to merely prolong the total years of an individual's life, but to ensure that those years are enjoyed in a productive and vital fashion. Regenerative medicine is a medical specialty that applies advanced biomedical technologies for the purposes of renewing body tissues with

the goal of maintaining the human body in normal-to-peak function for a prolonged period of time. Taken collectively, the advancements offered by anti-aging and regenerative medicine to improve the quality of, and/or extend the length of, the human lifespan, are the singlemost potent emerging biomedical technologies today. Anti-aging and regenerative medicine are now practiced by tens of thousands of physicians in private medical offices, as well as at some of the most prestigious teaching hospitals around the world. Universally, those involved in healthcare, or those whose fields of expertise intersect with healthcare issues, support anti-aging and regenerative medicine as

a healthcare model promoting innovative science and research to prolong the healthy human lifespan. Public policy organizations and government agencies are now embracing anti-aging/regenerative medicine as a viable solution to alleviate the mounting social, economic, and medical woes otherwise anticipated to arrive with the aging of nearly every nation on the planet. The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine functions as a world-class, university affiliated research and treatment facility unique in its focus on the investigation and application of diagnostic and treatment protocols that extend the length, and enhance the quality, of the human lifespan. The World Center will unite the world’s top physicians under the umbrella of a new hospital medical resort complex, to which patients will return annually to undergo a comprehensive and personalized program of rejuvenative and restorative longevity therapies.

3

The World Center serves as a positive draw for retirement communities, high-end housing, luxury hotels, and upscale real estate developments to locate within a close proximity. Residents at such properties will wish to be close to the facility in order to take full advantage of the breadth of medical services provided at The World Center. By serving as a cornerstone drawing attraction to the region, the establishment of The World Center beneficially impacts the real estate market of the host venue. The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine will be the major training center for

anti-aging physicians. It will be the world’s premier research center for clinical anti-aging / regenerative medical therapeutics. As well, The World Center will aim to identify breakthrough anti-aging interventions first, thereby positioning itself to patent and/or develop proprietary technologies from its key central position in the industry. Essentially, all roads in/to anti-aging medicine, as well as its key products and services, will originate from The World Center.

The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine is established as the true pinnacle of the anti-aging medical movement. The World Center fosters essential research in the anti-aging and regenerative medical sciences that will ultimately lead to universal protocols to stave off aging-related diseases and disorders. The potential now exists for 20 to 30 years of optional functioning life extension in humans, given animal studies, as well as demographic studies of long-lived human populations. The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine elevates the standard of care for advanced preventive medicine to improve healthcare for all peoples of the world, and will become the Gold Standard against which all other advanced medical facilities will be measured. The World Center will serve a rich and powerful global clientele, as it is the sole medical facility to effectively offer the full complement of state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment protocols to intervene in the diseases and disorders of aging.

4

Development Phases Phase I Construction and opening of The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, a 100,000 sqft state-of-the-science clinical facility. An intensive Internet, print media, and direct mail campaign announces The World Center and highlights the brilliant foresight of the nation and its governmental officials in embracing innovation, scientific invention, and advanced technologies. This positive publicity draws the world’s brightest scientific minds to visit and train at The World Center, thereby affording the nation the opportunity to showcase its unparalleled position as a global leader in the advanced medical sciences. Within a very short time, the venue city is recognized worldwide and brings much pride and honor to the nation. Phase II A After the successful establishment of The World Center, a major financial opportunity exists in the creation of an adjacent ring of affiliated specialty treatment clinics focused on state-of-the-art treatment of the degenerative diseases of aging. Referrals to these affiliate clinics will be provided after patients receive their intensive and comprehensive physical and biochemical analyses and physician examinations provided to the elite clients of The World Center. Such specialty clinics would arise spontaneously due to the demand for the world’s best and most innovative treatments of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, neurodegenerative disorders, cancers, diabetes, and other conditions associated with the degenerative diseases of aging. Each of these centers would in and of themselves be a significant profit center and have a magnetic draw benefitting the new health tourism industry created by the attraction created by The World Center. Phase IIB

Just as the Mayo brother physicians in 1889 established The Mayo Clinic (Minnesota, USA), their success and notoriety established the seed for an entire metropolitan community focused on healthcare. Hospitals, outpatient clinics, luxury hotels, and extended-stay housing for patients and their families will create an interlinked campus. The World Center campus will offer upper-end retirement housing, as well as resort-style residence, in a radius emanating proximally from The World Center. These properties will offer the elite clientele of The World Center the ability to have direct access to The World

5

Center’s contemporary facilities. Wealthy families will rotate family members to The World Center on a bi-annual basis to participate in the rejuvenative medical protocols. Those patients that may require more prolonged and intensive rehabilitation will reserve housing for an extended stay. Further, The World Center will support college and postgraduate level education, serving as the major training center for anti-aging physicians. As such, hundreds of visiting physicians and scientists who participate in the academic educational & research programs at The World Center will stay at the on-campus housing properties. In addition, The World Center campus will expand via adjunctive buildings that support the healthcare framework. For example, pharmaceutical research, food manufacturing, and private medical offices will create a network of related supporting medical and health businesses, providers, and vendors. The World Center will create a major economic opportunity in terms of commerce and construction, with high-end shopping districts and entertainment venues supplementing the core medical services provided by The World Center. This rapidly established metropolitan complex established on the backbone of medical tourism establishes not only a campus – but a community – unified by The World Center. In reality, The World Center community represents the apex of advanced preventative medical sciences – that is, anti-aging medicine.

Unique & Customized Age Reversal Program

As we age, changes take place in our body systems. Cellular processes slow down, and our organs and tissues become less robust in performing their tasks and functions. From head to toe, and beginning as early as the second decade of life, our body systems begin to demonstrate senescence signs of old age. An understanding of these age-related declines enables us to better grasp the potential for contemporary medical discoveries and applications of biomedical technology to retard or reverse the otherwise inevitable process of senescence. In other words, we will, in this series of articles, obtain an idea of just how we age if we choose to sit back and do nothing about it, if we let the process of aging engulf and, ultimately, end our lives long before necessary. The ten key systems in the body that age are:

1. Endocrine system, responsible for the hormonal response 2. Immune system, which mounts the body's response to infectious invaders 3. Metabolic system, involving age-related physiology changes 4. Cardiovascular system, involving the heart and arteries 5. Gastrointestinal system, affecting absorption of nutrients from food 6. Reproductive system, including menopause (in women) and andropause (in men) 7. Nervous system, responsible for the body's muscular response to stimuli 8. Brain function, including memory and cognition 9. Muscular system, involving strength and function 10. Sensory system, including the senses of touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing

While until now the declining performance in these biological processes has been accepted as a "natural" part of aging, in the anti-aging medical model we no longer consider the declines as inevitable. Anti-aging medicine addresses aging as a treatable medical condition, aiming to reduce or eliminate the disabilities, diseases, and dysfunctions we have grown used to assuming are a part of growing older. Drawing upon the latest medical breakthroughs across specialties of medical science, The World Center is renowned for its delivery of cutting-edge, high-technology methods that revolutionize the diagnostic measurement of the aging process. The World Center deploys the anti-aging medical model of a multi-disciplinary approach towards advanced preventative medical care. Concluding Remarks

A prolonged healthy lifespan – and the practice of the anti-aging medical specialty – beneficially impacts the economic framework of nations around the world. Until we've eradicated the age-related decline in health that leads to many of us becoming dependent and disabled in our older years, society will bear increasing financial costs to sustain the older population. In the absence of scientific solutions that halt the onset of the degenerative diseases of aging, the elderly support

burden may swell and compromise the economic and social frameworks of many industrial nations. In that anti-aging medicine is a healthcare model promoting innovative science and research to prolong the healthy lifespan in humans, the field’s most important contribution will be in the reduction of disabilities, diseases, and dependencies otherwise associated with aging and greying populations. To achieve this legacy goal, The World Center for Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine unites the world’s top physicians under the umbrella of a new hospital medical resort complex, serving as a highly evolved conceptualization of a Medical Tourism destination that is unique and unparalleled in medical excellence.
