The famous Daytona International Speedway in Florida has hosted a 24 hours endurance race on its famous banked circuit since 1962.

This year the “Rolex 24 at Daytona” marks the beginning of the 2018 IMSA Weathertech Sports Car Championship.

The Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hours takes place on one of Australia’s most recognisable circuits; Mount Panorama. This 4-mile circuit climbs 570 feet up the mountain, then traverses a narrow complex section before returning down again via a long straight. This mixture of hill climbs, technical sections and fast downhills, makes the circuit a difficult challenge for both cars and drivers.

Nurburgring 24 Hours 10th - 14th May 2018By competing on the F1 circuit combined with the world famous Nordschleife, the Nurburgring 24 Hours is raced on one of the most formidable circuits in the world.

To then invite 200 GT and production cars to participate creates a spectacle not to be missed by any motorsport fan.

All spectators have access to the grandstand and paddock areas around the F1 circuit. They can also explore the forests around the Nordschleife to find some exceptional viewing points.

Perhaps the most memorable moment of each race happens before the start, when all race fans are allowed to access the grid and get close to their favourite cars and drivers.

For the Nurburgring 24 Hours we have a trackside camping area exclusive to Travel Destinations customers.

This provides a very British oasis amongst the thousands of German racing fans. It is within a short walk of the F1 circuit so a perfect location from which to enjoy the Nurburgring 24 Hours.

Spa Classic 18th - 21st May 2018Although the Spa Classic is the smaller sister of the Le Mans Classic, it still regularly attracts more than 30,000 spectators. With a diverse selection of racing grids and few restrictions on spectator access, the Spa Classic has to be an event for everyone to consider.

So what draws in the crowds for the Spa Classic weekend? Number one is the circuit itself. The Spa-Francorchamps track winds its way up and down through the hills of the Ardennes. Surrounded by forest, it creates a wonderful atmosphere and the many viewing points from around the whole track make for beautiful photography. The tight, multi-layered paddock keeps all the cars within walking distance so access is great and you are never far from the next piece of beautiful machinery.

The different competing grids at the Spa Classic keep things interesting on the track. Group C endurance racers from the 80’s can often be heard before they are seen, whilst grids of historic touring cars recreate scenes from Spa’s vibrant history.

In addition, grids of Le Mans racers from the 60’s and a full grid of Italian sports cars adds a touch of class to the paddock.

Travel Destinations customers also benefit from some exclusive additions. As the official agent of the Spa Classic, we can offer all guests an invite to our private hospitality suite overlooking Eau Rouge, for light refreshments throughout the weekend.

For those arriving in Classic and Sports cars, Travel Destinations has its own private car parking area on the top level of the paddocks adjacent to the F1 garages.

All cars can become part of the display in this area whilst overlooking the paddocks and with views of the La Source hairpin & the hill at Eau Rouge.

As an optional extra, you can also choose to take your classic or sports car for a few laps around the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit for an additional £120.00 per car.

The campsite provides a peaceful setting with fully serviced and heated shower and toilet blocks. An electricity supply is available for those that require it and a small bar/café is located on site.

Le Mans 24 Hours 16th - 17th June 2018It is all change at Le Mans. Audi & Porsche have dominated the podium for more than a decade, but now they have moved aside, it will mean that we are guaranteed a new winner in 2018. There may be private teams competing for the prototype win, but the manufacturers are all present in the GTE field. BMW are returning to Le Mans to compete with Aston Martin, Ferrari, Ford, Porsche and Corvette. That battle will be worth the entrance fee alone!

Le Mans is the pinnacle of endurance motorsport. It attracts top manufacturers, big name drivers and more than 250,000 spectators every June to the Circuit de la Sarthe. Le Mans is an endurance race where tactics, efficiency, experience and teamwork are every bit as important as outright speed.

Camping is a tradition at Le Mans and staying on-circuit is still the best way to experience everything at Le Mans. There are a number of circuit run campsites located around the track, that provide basic facilities for all race fans.

Travel Destinations customers can also choose to camp trackside at our exclusive campsite at Porsche Curves. Our campsite provides superior facilities, 24 hours security, a hospitality marquee and our very own private viewing bank overlooking the track.

We can also offer two different options for those wishing to stay at the track, without having to bring your own tent. Our Event Tents are the only dedicated area for “Glamping” at Le Mans. These large pre-erected bell tents are fully carpeted and come with mattresses, bed-linen and pillows.

For those that aren’t keen on any sort of camping then our Flexotel Village is the perfect answer. This pop-up hotel in the centre of the circuit provides lockable bedrooms. Private camping provides customers with additional security and better facilities than the public campsites, but Porsche Curves pro-vides even more.

Porsche Curves is located trackside with the circuit only metres away overlooked by our own private viewing bank.

As well as fully serviced showers and toilets, Porsche Curves has its own hospitality marquee, with large tv screens, bar and café.

Travel Destinations’ Event TentsOur Event Tents provide “glamping” camp-ing at Le Mans. Our large bell tents provide plenty of space for up to four people to stay in comfort.

Each Event Tent is 5 metres in diameter and comes fully carpeted. The tents are available with double or single mattresses complete with all bed linen and pillows. There is a small table and chairs provided with each tent.

Our Event Tents are located in their own paddock close to our Porsche Curves campsite. All guests benefit from access to the hospitality marquee and private view-ing bank at Porsche Curves, 24 hours security, fully serviced showers and toilets.

Exclusive to Travel Destinations, the Flexotel Village is our very own “pop-up hotel” with cabins that provide your own bedroom in the centre of the circuit.

Located in a secure area at Antares-Sud, just a few minutes’ walk from the paddocks and the start/finish line, our Flexotel Village provides a relaxed oasis in the centre of the track. On arrival at our Flexotel Village you will be met by a member of our staff who will check you in, give you your key and

show you to your cabin. If you are arriving by car you will also be allocated a parking space within the Flexotel Village.

2018 will see the ninth running of the excellent Le Mans Classic event. This event recreates the history of the Le Mans 24 Hours live on the track.

The last edition attracted more than 110,000 spectators with more than 8,000 sports cars creating the largest car club gathering in Europe.

More than 400 cars will compete on track, with each vehicle previously having competed in the Le Mans 24 hours between 1923 and 1979. In addition this year’s Le Mans Classic will see a special appearance by Group C cars bringing the competition into the 1980s.

Divided into separate grids, each car will race 3 times during the 24 hours, so all will take to the track through the day and night, creating a real motor racing spectacle.

As an official agent for the Le Mans Classic, Travel Destinations can offer the best travel, accommodation and ticket options for this event. All our offers include entrance tickets and access to the paddocks.

Travel Destinations’ Event TentsCamping has long been a tradition at Le Mans, but for those that prefer a little luxury at Le Mans, our Event Tents are the perfect answer.

Our Event Tents are large 5 metre diameter bell tents that come pre-erected with full carpets and either single or double mattresses with all bed linen. Each tent has rugs and a doormat as well as a low table and folding chairs. Solar powered lights illuminate the way at night.

The Event Tents are located inside the circuit adjacent to the Porsche Curves and benefit from 24 hours’ security and fullyserviced showers and toilets. There is also a marquee with a bar providing food and drinks throughout the event. Reserved car parking is available just a few metres from your tent.

Private camping at Porsche Curves & Hunaudieres

Public camping

There are 2 private campsites exclusive to Travel Destinations. As well as the best trackside locations, private campsites provide fully-serviced shower and toilet facilities and 24-hour security during your stay.

In addition, we also add a hospitality marquee serving food and drinks through-out the event.

Our Porsche Curves campsite is very popular with guests as it has its own private viewing bank overlooking the track. It has a relaxed atmosphere and provides a quiet oasis away from the crowds.

Our Hunaudieres campsite is located on the inside of the Tertre Rouge corner. This campsite is just a few minutes’ walk to the Bugatti circuit, car club areas and then the paddock.

What to expect:A camping pitch of 6m x 5m for you and your car. Travel Destinations staff to check you in and show you to your reserved plot.

What we like:Camping trackside at Le Mans is great. You really feel part of the event. 24 Hours security gives you peace of mind for you, your tent, your belongings and your car.

These large campsites are operated by the circuit for all guests. They provide basic facilities for everyone camping at the circuit.

Areas such as Maison Blanche, Blue-Nord and Beausejour will host thousands of race fans within walking distance of the track.

24 Hours of Spa 26th - 30th July 2018Imagine being trackside, watching as the famous hills and corners of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit are tackled again and again, throughout the day and the night. The Spa 24 Hours is a race of attrition with only the best making it to the chequered flag.

In recent years BMW and Audi have proven themselves to be worthy winners of the 24 Hours of Spa, but Aston Martin, Mercedes, Bentley, Nissan and Porsche are all going to be challenging them in 2018.

For spectators this only adds to the interest in what is always a very exciting race.

Accommodation Options:For those that enjoy camping, we havesecured reserved camping pitches atCampsite Familial near Malmedy. This privately run campsite features fully serviced showers and toilets and an excellent bar and brasserie on site.

Nurburgring Oldtimer Grand Prix 9th - 13th August 2018The Nurburgring Oldtimer Grand Prix spans seven decades of motorsport history across a weekend of great historic racing at the Nurburgring. The event attracts more than 50,000 spectators, watching more than 500 cars compete over 3 days.

The grids include the historic formula 1 championship, as well as classic endurance racers competing in a historic marathon. The open paddock never ceases to provide for spectators wanting to get close to the competition cars and manufacturer displays always give a modern flavour to proceedings.

Accommodation optionsWe are able to offer both a camping and hotel option for the Nurburgring Oldtimer Grand Prix.

For those wishing to camp we have secured some pitches at the official “Camping am Nurburgring” campsite adjacent to the circuit. You will be within walking distance of the F1 circuit and the Oldtimer paddock. The campsite offers showers and toilers, a café and even its own beer keller.

Located in the small town of Daun, just 30 minutes drive from the Nurburging this is a great location to base yourself at for the duration of the Nurburgring Oldtimer Grand Prix. Angouleme; Circuit des Remparts 13th - 18th September 2018Each year the town of Angouleme, in the Congnac area of France, is turned into a celebration of all things motoring. This culminates in a full day of historic racing around the walls of the old town. The racing on this tight street circuit has its roots back in the late 1930’s when Juan Fangio was competing here. The event was revived in the late 1970’s and has become a firm favourite with British competitors and spectators.

The relaxed event really begins on Friday evening with a light-hearted ConcoursD’Elegance where classic car owners dress in the clothes of a similar era to their cars as they are displayed to the watching crowd.

Saturday sees the International rally. All owners with classic cars can enter this non-competitive drive through the countryside. The route stops at local chateaux and other points of interest for locally sourced food and drinks. The rally finishes back in the centre of town and includes a drinks reception.

The racing starts early on Sunday with a full programme to get through. Different grids provide a look back through the ages and the winding street circuit provides for great views, whether seated in the temporary stands or out and about on the streets. The open paddock is a must see with vintage race cars at every turn.

Mallorca Classic Week 14th - 28th September 2018Combine a great driving holiday with this classic car event on one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful islands. Our itinerary takes you and your car by ferry to Northern Spain, before traversing along the Pyrenees and then on by ferry to Palma de Mallorca.

Once on Mallorca you will be able to enjoy 6 days of scenic drives to various points on the island, taking in winding mountain roads and glorious sea views. You will also have plenty of time to relax by the pool at our 4-star superior hotel and explore the fashionable shops and restaurants of Palma and it’s neighbouring ports and marinas.

All our guests will be automatically enrolled in the Mallorca Classic Week, which brings classic car owners and visitors to the island together in events based around the port of Palma and the world class super yacht marina at Port Adriano. Spa Six Hours 14th - 17th September 2018Always popular, this weekend of historic racing, takes to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit just as the Ardennes forests take on their autumnal colours. There is a real variety in the grids assembled for this meeting ranging from historic saloon cars to single seaters and larger prototypes. The headline race is a six-hours endurance race that takes place on Saturday afternoon and continues into the night.

The Belgian Classic Car Federation invites all spectators arriving in their own classic cars to join them in their own reserved parking area, creating a large display of classic cars. There is a real car club atmosphere at the circuit for this end-of season event.

Accommodation options:Spa Six Hours camping options:We are pleased to be able to offer Travel Destinations customers the opportunity to camp at the Eau Rouge private campsite. This campsite is located to the south of the circuit, less than a 5 minutes’ drive from the circuit.

The campsite provides a peaceful setting with fully serviced and heated shower and toilet blocks. An electricity supply is available for those that require it and a small bar/café is located on site.

Chantilly Arts & Elegance September 2019As a classic car owner, you have been invited to participate in the 5th bi-annual Arts & Elegance event, held within thegrounds of the Chateau de Chantilly, just north of Paris. This unique event creates a grand garden party atmosphere, surrounded by some of the best and most beautiful cars in the world.

Although this is not a motorsport event,there will be plenty of competitions. Around 100 of the best privately owned historic cars in Europe will be displayed in the chateau’s formal grounds in a Concours D’Etat. A further ten modern concept cars, combined with some of the biggest fashion houses in Europe will be trying to impress the judges in a Concours D’Elegance competition. Elsewhere in the chateau grounds different car clubs will also be on display hoping to win rosettes in the club’s grand prix.

But this event is not only about cars. Fashion, food, art and equestrian displays all form part of the weekend. Of particular note will be the Chateau de Chantilly itself, which along

with many historical artefacts also houses an impressive art collection including works by Rapheal & Botticelli. All participants are invited to follow a smart/casual dress code for the Sunday and to join others in enjoying a picnic on the chateau lawns accompanied by jazz bands and string quartets.

Novotel MaffliersThis 3 star hotel is located adjacent to its own chateau approximately 35 minutes’ drive from Chantilly. There is a dinner available on the first Night (Saturday) in the Chateau itself and breakfast is provided in the hotel.

Hotel Dolce ChantillyThis 4 star superior hotel is located inChantilly, just a few minutes’ drive from the Chateau de Chantilly and the event. Being close to the race course, this hotel has an equestrian theme throughout and dinner is available on the first night (Saturday).

Booking Conditions1. Your Travel Contract When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these conditions. A contract will exist as soon as a booking is confirmed. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. If you had not seen these terms and conditions when you made the booking and you are not happy to proceed now that you have seen them, please return all documentation to us within 7 days of receipt. Your booking will be cancelled and all money will be returned, provided you have not commenced your travel. This does not apply if your booking was made within 10 weeks of travel.

2. Your Financial Protection We are a member of ABTA, who provide for your protection in the event of our insolvency. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will per form those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable). If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

3. Your Travel Price When you make your booking you must pay a minimum deposit of £85.00 per person when the cost of the holiday is less than £1000.00 (per person). If the cost of the holiday is above £1000.00 per person, a deposit of up to £300.00 (per person) is required. The balance of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks before your departure date. If the deposit or balance is not paid on time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain the deposit. Changes in transportation/fuel costs or exchange rates & taxes mean that the cost of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked.

4. Insurance & Passports It is obligatory that all travellers hold adequate travel insurance that includes repatriation due to illness or accident. We also recommend that you take out continental vehicle recovery insurance whilst driving abroad. A valid passport is required for the duration of your stay abroad. Non-EU nationals may require a visa for travel in Europe.

5. If You Change Your Booking If, after confirmation, you wish to change your travel arrangements in anyway, we will do our utmost to make these changes if they are possible. We reserve the right to ask for an administration charge, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made. Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after confirmation and any alteration may result in a cancellation charge of 100%.

6. If You Cancel Your Booking You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges. Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to

departure = Loss of deposit. Cancellation between 6 to 10 weeks prior to departure = 50% of total booking cost. Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to departure = 100% of total booking cost. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

7. Campsite Rubbish & Damage To Pre-erected Tents/Mobile Rooms At events such as Le Mans 24 hours, Le Mans Classic, Spa Classic & Nurburgring 24hrs, it is your responsibility to leave the campsite, pre-erected tent or mobile room in a clean and re-usable state. General rubbish & any related items such as tents, BBQs & gazebos should be disposed of in the designated areas. If you choose to leave these items or intentionally damage pre-erected tents or mobile rooms we reserve the right to make a charge of up to £1000 towards the disposal of the rubbish or repair/ replacement of the damaged items.

8. If We Change Or Cancel Your Travel It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. If we have to make a major change or are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available. Please note that carrier details such as ferry times are subject to change. Such a change is deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes are changes to carrier type and change of accommodation to an other of the same standard. Please note that in cases of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural disaster/adverse weather conditions or other forms of Force Majeure any compensation claims will be void.

9. If You Have A Complaint If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (eg. Your hotelier) immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. Failure to do this may affect any future claim for compensation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at 5, The Weltech Centre, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 2AA, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to Disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract that cannot be amicably settled, may be referred to arbitration, under a special scheme arranged by ABTA, and administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

10. Our Liability To You (i)We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as originally described. Event ticketsdamaged or lost in despatch will be resent if returned, or reprinted onarrival at the event. If any part of your travel arrangements are not provided as promised, due to the fault of our employees or suppliers we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of twice the costs of your travel arrangements. (ii)We accept responsibility for death, injury or illness caused by negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees or suppliers and sub-contractors, whilst acting within the scope of, or in the course of their employment in the provision of your travel. (iii)In respect of travel by air, sea and rail, and the provision of accommodation our liability will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international convention.

11. Personal Injury Unconnected With Your Travel Arrangements If you, or any member of your party, suffer death, illness or injury whilst overseas, arising out of an activity that does not form part of our package travel arrangements, we shall at our discretion, offer advice, guidance and assistance. We limit the cost of our assistance to you or any number of your party to £1000.00.

12. Conditions Of Carriage We act as an agent for ferry & tunnel companies, so the contractual terms of the companies that provide the transportation for your travel arrangements will apply to this contract. These may contain terms that affect your rights to compensation.
