MODULAR PRINCIPLEAUTOCLEAN 2-LTC is a member of the modular system family AUTOCLEAN and designed for the Peinemann 2-LTC basis. The AUTOCLEAN system is developed to be easily adopted to all kinds of bases.

ALL DIMENSIONSThe AUTOCLEAN system is capable of all lengths. The only limit to the height, width and depth is the length of the beams provided by the basis and the hoses.

PROCESS OF SCANNINGScanning is as s imple as pressing a button. The tube sheet is scanned ful ly automatically in a few minutes.

HARD SHELLThe sensor module is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of industrial cleaning. Contamination is neither a problem for the material nor for detecting tubes.
SOFT COREIn order to compensate height differences on the tube sheet, the module is constructed in a way to self-adjust the distance. If necessary the module just compresses or stretches itself.

INDEPENDENTThe scanned data is transformed into a matrix of tubes within a fraction of a second. After starting the cleaning process the heat exchanger is cleaned fully automatically. The hoses are positioned in front of each tube by turns and then pushed in. If a blocked tube is detected, the system starts to oscillate the hoses in order to breach through the clogged spot.
INFORMATIVEThroughout the whole process the operator is informed about the current action, the position on the tube sheet and inside the heat exchanger, the status of each tube, the duration of the cleaning and much more.

SMART SHIFTINGThe operator can pause the automatic mode and shift from one to another tube with a single tap on the joystick. It’s both fast and convenient.
RECLEAN TUBESPreviously cleaned tubes in the automatic mode can be recleaned by a single tap on the display if necessary. Reclean as much tubes as you wish. The tubes are then approached and cleaned automatically.
SKIP TUBESIn the automatic mode tubes or whole rows can be skipped before approaching them. Whether they are blocked or have to be cleaned with a higher water pressure afterwards, a single tap is enough.
