We are seeking 3 kindergartens each with 2 willing teachers who are motivated and keen to trial this appraisal tool. Being something new it will require commitment and time to become familiar with and use the system. Therefore, the learning is in the doing. As an outcome we may consider this option for the future or we may look at developing something that links to our I.T. systems. We will monitor this throughout the year with the focus group, including DK admin personnel.Agreement to share information at a follow up session at DK for all kindergartens.
