Great question, boring answer I’m afraid. Family, friends and work, I’d normally include golf in that too but after the round I played yesterday I don’t love it and it doesn’t love me!What sort of training did you have before starting

your business?

Very little actual training but lots and lots of learning on the job; I was lucky enough to work with some great people and they were generous with their support and advice, something I really try to be with my team now.What wekbZ�?�ÓdZ�_d�your fridge right now?

lot of fresh vegetables and meat (and maybe the odd bottle of beer!)What advice would you give someone who wants to setup their own business?

Do your research and when you think you’ve done enough do a bit more.Which local shop could you not live without?

I work with lots of local shops and pubs so I couldn’t possibly pick a favourite, I love them all equally!Who is the most interesting person you have met?

The Production Manager at Land Rover in Solihull; for a petrol head like myself I hung on his every word as he guided me round the plant. Unfortunately they didn’t give out free samples at the end of the tour.What makes your business the best?
