Scarcity of teachers :

defeats the objectives of schools

Low pay

scale

Poor

infrastructure

The inadequate facilities break the spirit of educators making them

selfish and restricting their creativity and talent.

Many teachers lack enthusiasm due to their meagre salary.

It discourages even the most motivated.

Absence of

incentives Lack of opportunities keep even the efficient Indian educators

away from this field.

Timely promotions to

the deserving teachers.

•Works as a motivation factor for

them.

Transportation facilities for the

teachers coming from 20 km or less.

No stability i.e.,

frequent transfers The frequent transfers in the job, repel teachers away from

this field.

Placements should be

done within 50-60 km

If teachers are placed in their native area,

they are comfortable with travelling and their

job.

If the distance travelled is more than 20

kms, transportation allowance will be given.

The facility of MST is provided to those

travelling and the advantage of taking a

person along with them is given.

Teacher absenteeism Job is taken

as granted Government sector facilitates job security.

Work load They are required to perform a wide range of duties completely

unrelated to imparting education, such as population count,

voting.

Unannounced visits of DEO

and our team for direct

verification of teachers

Give them only academic work

If any teacher found absent, a

complaint is filed against

him/her without any delay.

Feedbacks should be taken

from teachers and it must be

made sure that work not

Lack of

enthusiasm in

students

Rural children, for their living focus more on making money rather

than their education..

The students can be lured to

school with the help of technology

and entertainment. If the students feel motivated and

interested from within they will

surely get attracted to the idea of

attending school.
