The locking system is protected from the outside and can beadjusted in no time at all. For security reasons, the bolt mecha-nism audibly and visibly locks into the frame profile. The scissorlegs are provided with specially shaped rubber feet, providingfor optimum load distribution even on sensitive floor coverings,such as parquet or sports flooring.

The main features of this platform are its high structural stability with onlyminimal floor load, and its short construction times for frequently changing structure heights. Its own electric motor makes this platform the latest and lightest advanced motorized version of our scissor platforms. Especially suitable for frequent,quick-changing configurations in multifunctional halls. With an installation height of 18 cm, these platforms are installed below hall level, In a lowered state, they finish flush with hall levels, with a gap pattern of 5 mm. This allows their use even where building conditions or budgets don't permit any deeper pits, and this platform is therefore suited excep-tionally well to subsequent installation.

Height adjustmentThis platform is adjusted with an electric drive motor, driving a trapezoid threaded spindle positioned parallel to the longitudinal side of the platform, via a double chain drive. Power is transmitted to the scissor mechanism via 4 precision roller chains. Safe andparallel lift from the storage position is provided by an auxiliary lifting construction located inside the scissor. The contractor control is used to visu-ally adjust to the required height, and standard positions are indicated by control lamps. Once the required position is reached, sensors lock the system, and the locking pins are retracted.

PC operationPositions can be displayed, monitored and programmed on a PCscreen. You can selectively move platforms to individual positions,but there is an option to save complete height configurations, too.This means whole stage configurations can be called up time andtime again.

Product descriptionWith its unique design, our mobile dance floor system converts any hall floor into a professional dance floor, and provides anyfunction room with a new ambience, either temporarily or perma-nently. Our patented system protects sensitive hall floors, andprovides for a comfortable use for dance events. Boardmodules are available in 3 different designs - either aparquet, a laminate or a stainless steel version. Boardsare laid in rows and fixed via our patented lockingsystem. Circumferential aluminium friezes protectthe boards' edges, and their bevelled designensures there is no risk of stumbling over thedance floor edge. Stacking and transport trolleys serve to take ca. 30 dance floorboards, plus friezes stored in a separateaccessory compartment. Push handles, fixed heavy load castors and steering rollers make for easy handling.

HandlingEvery dance floor board is fitted with aso-called tongue on two sides, and with a corresponding groove on the other twosides. During installation, the tongue ofone board is slid into the groove of theboard across from it, creating a solid vertical and horizontal bond. The indivi-dual boards are locked into place by pushing down and latching the locking hammers, either with your thumb or with theattached installation key. Once the aluminiumfriezes are attached following the same principle, the dance floor is ready for use. The floor is dismantled in reverse order, also bysimply pushing down on the locking mechanism withthe installation key.
