Sheila, an American working in Brussels and a complete beginner in French, took a CERAN training course consisting of 30 hours of training in Brussels, one week of immersion on a P1 programme in Spa and one day of intercultural training. At the end of her course (6 weeks), Sheila integrated well into her new social and professional environment. Luc needed to become

expert in English after winning a big contract with a British customer. He chose 1 week of immersion on a P2 programme in Spa followed by 20 hours of training in his company’s offi ces in Paris in order to fi nalise an important presentation. Supervised progress

CERAN instructors are all native speakers trained in the CERAN method. They adapt their approach t o e a c h p a r t i c i p a n t a n d p a y attention to each person’s needs.

Your tutor ensures the quality of your course and, in part icular, your progress. Your tutor helps you define your personal goals, which should be ambitious and realistic, and they help you attain them.

Quantified results

During each lesson, your tutor reviews your achievements with you, prov ides guidance in your learning, makes recommendations b a s e d o n y o u r p ro f i le a n d , i f necessary, adjusts your personal goals. CERAN centres are open all year round, including public holidays, for intensive residential language courses in complete immersion.

Learning activities alternate with activities requiring practical application of the language. The pace is fast with constant interaction.

Lessons in small groupsAfter the initial assessment, we make up small groups of 2 to 4 (an average of 3 per group).
