Group have been providing solutions to the OEM and MRO

requirements of its industrial, marine and mobile customers. As

an authorized Parker distributor, The Hope Group has earned

Operating from its ISO 9001:2008 and ITAR Registered, 60,000 square foot headquarters

and manufacturing facility in Massachusetts, The Hope

Group specializes in the design and fabrication of motion and

control systems for the defense, power generation, life sciences, semiconductor, marine/mobile,

pulp & paper and machinery manufacturing markets.

The world’s fi rst transportable truck dumper, which tips semi-tractor

trailers into the air was developed using three hydraulic pumps; the

fi rst powering the heavy-duty lifting cylinders, another drives the outriggers

or “jackuators” that level and support the rig; the third pump drives a hydraulic

motor-driven generator for lighting.

A national manufacturer of high technology equipment required a

large volume of color coded coolant hose assemblies. Hose assemblies

were assembled, labeled, and inspected in our ISO compliant facility;

then kitted into specially designed packaging and shipped “just-in-time” directly to the manufacturing work cell.

For over 40 years, Hope Air Systems has operated as the capital equipment distributor for THG Corporation. Featuring Kaeser Compressor rotary-screw compressors, it also provides complete package system design and fabrication for oil-free compressors, high purity nitrogen generators and PET bottle-blowing systems.

Service/AuditsTo support its customers, Hope Air Systems offers 24 hour emergency service, comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and comprehensive supply/demand side audits for compressors, hydraulics, process cooling and nitrogen systems, which provide logical checklists for energy conservation.

A recently installed energy recovery solution transforms excess pipe pressure and fl ow into clean “green” power. This water-to-wire energy recovery project at a municipal water

treatment plant utilizes two turbine generators and custom electrical control

panels permitting remote control operation.
