With their 29 years in theindustry, SANSIRI, one of the biggest real estate company in Thailand would like to tell their chronicle story from the first day they started the company. A lot of informations are edited and portrayed through various mediums; book, reprinted leaflets / magazine / newspaper ads, rubber stamp, train ticket, tea, scarf, eyes mask and their legendary yellow tile. Many of materials and production process are researched during this project.

No. 475 is the free magazine for SANSIRI customers who live in their real estates. The issue subject is about the social change for children. The concept that goodness should be planted in the youngs intrigued me to come up with the idea to use the grass seeds engraved in the corkboard as it can be the interactive typography on the cover. This extra cover can be slid off from the real magazine so the reader can water the seeds without destroying the main book.

Contents Page - encourage kids to draw whatever they want on the capital C letter.

The layout of the Magazine is treatd with seperately page-by page ideas that depended on the contents. For example, the paper doll idea is used for the clothes donation. The toys model kit is used for bike donation.

Only the contents of Thailand part is put in the small booklet which can be taken out from the front hard cover, appearing the space for the memorable picture from the travel. The back hard cover can be functioned to support the book to stand. So now the book is not just the book but can also be used as the photo frame.

The issue subject is about the collectible items interviewed from many collectors. The objective of this issue is to inspire people to collect and share their collections as also be the house decoration in their own style. This lead the idea to the use of vacuum stickers of collectible items that can be peeled off and attached on the fold-in as cover gimmick.

The book of Vermillion Restaurant, a fushion food restaurant in London. I used two main typefaces in this project. One is modern and simple while the other one is ornamental. This combination refered to chef’s gastronomy.

This is the story that zoom in to the problem of the society involve with family. I created this image, a carton shape that looked like a house at the same time, to hint the main theme of the book.

The book covers designed for Kham Phaka, the controversial writer in Thailand, who protest the law about freedom of speech by writing the state-ment on her breast and posted on the internet in 2011. I used the brush typography intention-ally to imply the writer’s identity from that famous event.
