Thinking Ahead: My Way, My Choice, My Life at the End. Advance Care Planning. Thinking Ahead builds upon choice making and person-centered planning to support people making their own end-of-life decisions. The book and video series is a partnership between BRC, the California Coalition for Compassionate Care, To facilitate self-direction and decision making, we created the workbook and video to enable people with limited literacy and knowledge about end-of-life decisions to make their own decisions regarding treatment and related decisions.
