A quick snapshot into some of the facebook applications we've built recently. We build these on our own CMS which enables you to pull data/report from the app at any time and analyse the success of the campaign. It also enables you to re-skin specific apps to use time and time again.

Summa Party Bus

Client Future Entertainment App Description Drag & Drop with auto-share

Role Concept, design, build, tracking, reporting. Duration 7 Weeks  

Th ink tank Soc ia l c r ea t i ve l y partnered with Future Entertainment (FE) around their music festival campaigns. Wi th a goal to fu r ther se t themselves apart f rom other entertainment entities, FE wanted something within Facebook, with an edge. And an edge they got! The Party Bus is an interactive app, using ‘drag & drop’ functionality in order to add passengers (Facebook friends) to your Party Bus.  

Its viral nature is great – the app allows for sharing with passengers.   True to its name, entrants go into the draw to win  a Party Bus for 30 people to the festival. Beautifully designed in-line with FE’s festival branding, the Party Bus application was the perfect addition to their Summadayze campaign. The app received a whopping 3,886 likes and of those likes it generated an average engagement rate of 2,190 – talking about this.

Further to this, the comp received 680 entries and was shared 17632 times. Note: Facebook ads were NOT run in conjunction with this competition. Likes and engagement rate was generated by users sharing the competition. Please also note that Facebook are eliminating this feature as of the end of Jan 2013.

Simple 25 words or less apps work extremely well due to their simple entry mechanics. We design, build, manage and report back on many Facebook app builds of this nature, whilst ensuring these apps are available on mobile also. Client Eureka SkyDeck 88 App Description Photo Uploader Role Concept, design, build, tracking, reporting.

With such stunning and talked about views from the top of Eureka SkyDeck, the digital team wanted to leverage content that was frequently being publish by its visitors. We worked with Eureka to develop a photo competition. With almost 700 entries, Eureka were able to incorporate many of these in their engagement strategy.

We worked with Geckos Adventures to create a fun, easy to use Facebook game that engages people in the G e c k o ’ s b r a n d a n d highlights the destinations they travel to.

Find the 6 geckos in the fastest amount of time to be in the draw to win a holiday to a selected destination.

Finders Keepers Game

R a n d o m p r i z e s a n d educational pictures/video pop up to surprise and entertain the user whilst playing.

After just six weeks, Finders Keepers generated:

Memory Game

Chapel Street Precinct offered their fans the opportunity to win the Ultimate Chapel Street Spring Racing Experience.

Premium exposure was given to p r i z e p r o v i d e r s i n t h e competition landing tab, seen by thousands. Rota t ing logos highlighted a huge number of retailers on Chapel Street.

The game was interactive and, dare we say, addictive. In 45 seconds, turn over cards and match as many logos as you can.

Each logo matched earned the user points.

The more they played, the more points they accrued. You can nominate a friend you would like to share with. Share capabilities to Twitter and Facebook.

§  Increased likes: 2,576

§  Out of these, 977 were talking about this.

§  A few people played the game over 2,000 times!
