The Management System (TMS) is moving all its documents from SharePoint 2007 to a new
version of SharePoint called SharePoint 2013 (SP13) .

Navigation to your documents will be different. You will be able to access your
documents more easily via simpler menus and search functions.

When you have been successfully registered, you will receive an email invite.
Click on the link in the TMS invitation email, then click on the menu items on the
left to navigate to your documents.

First, check that your email address is a business
email address:
• If yes, then skip the next slide
• If no, then go to the next slide

Social accounts like yahoo, gmail and

Creating a business email address
If you work for an employer, request that they
provide you with an email address.
If you are self employed, you will need to buy a
business email account as follows:
1. Google or search on ‘Business email’ or
‘professional email’ for a list of sites.
2. Create an account as instructed.

You will receive an email invite to access the application.
1. Click on the ‘Get Started ‘ link in the email below.

email within 30 days. Otherwise you
will have to re-apply for access to
SharePoint.

• Enter your business email
address
• Create a password
• Enter information or your
name in ‘Tell us a bit about
yourself
• Select ‘Next’

10. Log out of SharePoint when you have finished using the site.
If you do not log into SharePoint for 90 days, your account will automatically expire and you
will have to re-apply for access to SharePoint.

1. All content and documents are moving from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013 in the third
quarter 2017.
2. You must use a business email address to access the new site in SharePoint 2013.
3. The look and feel of the site will change, however:
• The documents will not be changing
• You will be able to download and view your documents from the new site (as you currently
do in SharePoint 2007)
4. You must respond to your registration invite within 30 days otherwise your request for access
will be cancelled.
5. Log into the site regularly. If you do not log into the site for 90 days, your account will
automatically expire and you will have to re-apply for access to your documents.
