This is a V560 Ramp / Soak controller.

5.7” Color Touch screen, 64K Colors 24 Programmable Keys. Labeling Options- Function Keys or Customized Up to 1000 I/O; Supports Remote I/O Digital, Analog, Temperature, Weight Autotune PID 24 loops 2MB Logic, up to 500 Images (12MB) Cellular Communication- SMS, GPRS Ethernet, Canbus, RS485, MODBUS RTU/IP, CANopen, J1939, SNMP Web Server, send emails & attachments SD Card, Datalogging, Recipes & Cloning Built in Trends, Alarms, & Multilanguage Support

It can operate with Analog/Thermocouple/PT100 inputs (Analog: 14 bit, 0-10V, 0-20mA. Thermocouple/PT100: 0.1° resolution).

PWM output to solid state relay, or Analog outputs, 12 bit, 0-10V, 4-20mA

The control includes multiple input and outputs as listed below.

18 pnp/npn Digital inputs, 24VDC.(including two high-speed counters/ Shaft encoder/ Frequency measurer, 10kHz).

4 Isolated Analog/Thermocouple/PT100 inputs (Analog: 14 bit, 0-10V, 0-20mA. Thermocouple/PT100: 0.1° resolution).

15 Relay outputs. 2 pnp/npn outputs, 24VDC.

(including two high-speed outputs/ PWM, 50kHz for npn / 0.5 kHz for pnp). 4 Analog outputs, 12 bit, 0-10V, 4-20mA.

Shown below are the screens which display the process in a trend. This recipe is a 3 step Ramp then Soak, then Ramp .

Step Mode Temp Time/deg

1 Ramp 30.0c 1.0c / min

2 Soak 40.0c 5 min

3 Ramp 55.0c 1.0c/ min

End

The Control Variable is shown in Yellow, the Set Point is shown in Green, and the Process variable is shown in Red. The Set Point and the Process Variable track nearly line on line in the trend when the ramp cycle is being run and the change is rapid when the Set Point is changed to a Soak Temp.
