Tommy Robinson: Sentenced for the Crime

of Journalism

~ Valerie Price ~ Not content with the first round of political persecution, the Conservative Attorney General had five months to consider re-charging Tommy, which he inevitably did. Tommy has now been found guilty on three counts of “contempt of court” including causing anxiety to a sick Muslim paedophile rapist.

Dame Victoria Sharp said the court found Robinson committed contempt of court in three respects.

She said he breached the reporting restriction imposed on the trial, by livestreaming the video from outside the public entrance to the court and by "aggressively confronting and filming" some of the defendants.

The judge said the content of the video "gave rise to a substantial risk that the course of justice in that case would be seriously impeded" and the confrontation of the defendants was a direct interference with the course of justice.

She added: "In our judgment, the respondent's conduct in each of those respects amounted to a serious interference with the administration of justice.

Tommy Robinson didn’t break the law as advertised as Rules for Reporters on the UK judiciary’s own website for 4 years (and they’re still there). In fact, it was the Leeds courthouse officials who all admitted, under cross-examination, that they followed none of the procedures those regulations state they must.

The rules specifically state further that courts must follow these requirements, precisely because of the severity of the penalties a reporter could wrongly be subject to if they don’t!

I sat all three days at the Old Bailey. It was blatantly obvious that Judge Sharp loathed Tommy. He was found guilty before he set foot in the court. He's not a paedophile so he's not protected. We now know paedophile rapists come before good men. BBC, MPs, judges, top police and grooming gangs are all the same.

I didn't know "causing anxiety" or "being mean" were punishable offenses in the UK. The people believed in British justice but they just proved it does not exist. This is what is painful. Like Tommy or hate him, this sets a precedent. It means the courts are no longer impartial. Justice has been perverted. "Detailed reasons for this decision will be handed down shortly. A hearing to decide the appropriate penalty will take place on a date to be fixed by the court."

It took less than a week before sentencing. Before his bewildered wife and Mother, Tommy was immediately escorted out of the courtroom by two armed guards into a waiting van. This expeditious decision, of course, ruined the family’s summer vacation. The sentence: 99 days to be served in Belmarsh, the toughest prison in the United Kingdom. Belmarsh Prison is a place for the likes of hook-handed terrorist Abu Hamza, Michael Adebolajo, child killer Ian Huntley and serial paedophile Richard Huckle who abused children from the ages of 6 months to 12 years. Now it has another Category A Prisoner – Tommy Robinson. What has happened is sickening. The rotten, lying, smear-merchants’ mainstream media are sleepwalking Britain towards a Police state; a dictatorship of the minds; a gulag of the minds where you can no longer speak an opinion.
