Rally Day is this Sunday, August 26! We will kick off our Sunday School year at 9:30 am in the Sanctuary. Youth and adult Sunday School teachers will be installed and then classes will be released individually to their classrooms. Join in the celebration of the first day of Sunday School! If you haven’t already registered your children, please do it in person that morning, instead of online.

Women’s Book Study – Liz Curtis Higgs: Led by Sharon Sample Meeting: September 5, 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 Room: Dining Room – Church Home Description: Author, Liz Curtis Higgs, will be the speaker for our Fall Women’s Retreat on Saturday, October 6, 2018. This is a study of her newest book Slightly Bad Girls of the Bible. Bring your own copy to the study or sign up in the office to borrow or purchase a book. The Christian Faith: A Catechism for the Curious: Led by Pr. Eric Riesen and Wendy Shreffler Meeting: September 5, 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 Room: A & B – Main Level Description: This class is open to all members and guests and is a requirement for new membership. Join in a study and discussion of the book A Christian Faith: A Catechism for the Curious, with the author, Pastor Riesen. This class will end with a short study on spiritual gifts. Those wishing to learn more about membership at Trinity are encourage to attend and become members following the completion of the class. Dr. Richard Allison Meeting: September 5,12,19,26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 Room: South Patio Room – Lower Level Description: What is your next step in faith? Our discipleship grows as we learn more. Sessions will include study on Introduction to Discipling, Biblical Discipling, Defining a Disciple (Matt 5-6-7), the Goal of Discipling, and Christian Maturation. First Place 4 Health: Led by Pam Prezioso Meeting September 19 – December 12 Room: North Patio Room – Lower Level Description: Do you want to make lasting changes in your life? Changes that others will notice and that will change you from the inside out? All of us want to be stronger and more physically fir but if we have any experience with diet and heal programs, we know changes that stick over the months and years have to begin with character transformation. In Training for Success, you will study about Jesus Christ, the ultimate personal trainer. Each week you will study a characteristic of Christ, such as faithfulness and devotion, and will be challenged to become more like Him. All-new and easy to use, each First Place 4 Health Bible study contains 12 weeks of daily study to help you put Christ in first place, as well as weekly Live It Trackers to document your progress. Also included are Scripture memory cards, an inspirational CD, and two complete weeks of menu plans with grocery lists, recipes and detailed nutrition information. Moms In Prayer - Prayer Walk Moms In Prayer International is a group of mothers, grandmothers, or caregivers who meet for one hour each week during the school year to pray for their children and the schools they attend.
