In the first few centuries after Christ, a strong church was established in present-day Tunisia despite intense persecution from the Romans. Disunity, factions, and a failure to translate the Bible into the local languages weakened the church. When Arab invaders arrived in the 7th century an empty shell of a church was all that existed. Islam spread rapidly and the Christian roots of the people were forgotten. Pray for the Arabs to become aware of their spiritual bankruptcy before God. Pray that Jesus would use dreams and visions to open their eyes and to show them that He is the only way to God.

MOPS (MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOLERS, AND OTHER MOMS TOO!)Moms of all ages and stages are encouraged to join us next Sunday, April 15, from 6 to 8pm. If you or your child has ever had to navigate the tumultuous waters of DRAMA, GOSSIP or BULLYING, you need to be at this event! We'll have a time of encouragement and discussion about this tough subject and we'll even work in a little fun! Free childcare will be provided during the meeting if you rsvp by Saturday, April 14 and let us know how many children you'll be bringing. You can rsvp by signing up on the appropriate sheet in the lobby or by leaving us a message on our Facebook event page. Please see Rachel Allcock or Lana Bledsoe if you have any questions.

SPRING FLING EVERGREEN LUNCHEONSign up today for the April 18th lunch to be held at 11:30AM in the church lobby. For just $5 you get encouragement, food, ample evidence of photosynthesis, and an opportunity to be a blessing to a kid going to summer church camp!

CHILD PICK-UP POLICYFor the safety of our children, we want to remind families of our child pick-up policy. This policy applies to ALL children, ages 0-12, attending one of our classes. Children will only be released to their parent, guardian, or a pre-arranged individual who is at least 14 years of age. If a parent would like to give another individual permission to pick up their child, they can do so by notifying the child's teacher prior to class time. Thank you for cooperating with our efforts to minister to and safeguard our kids!

CCF MEMBERSHIPWould you like to become a member of CCF? If you are not already a member and would like to be, see Pastor David today for a membership form.

ITUNES PODCASTDon't forget that audio of our weekly sermons is available on iTunes. You can find us by going to the iTunes store and searching for "Cornerstone Christian Fellowship." There will be several podcasts under that name, but you will see the one with our church logo (the same logo you see on the front of this bulletin). You can even subscribe to the podcast feed and it will automatically download to your device each week.

WEBSITEDon't forget to check out the CCF website from time to time at bloomingtoncornerstone.com. You can listen to past messages, view upcoming events, and much more!

FACEBOOK CHECK-INS This April, every 2 Facebook check-ins, reviews, or Instagram location tags at Cornerstone will provide a meal to a child in need! We’re working with Causely and feedOne to make it happen. You can add #givemeals when you post to promote the cause. For more information about this month’s charity, check out feedone.com
