• No Acceptance for any Wireless Solution
=> Many BTS placed in the „middle of nowhere“
• Many coppercables are full which makes invest
in Outdoor DSLAMs useless
=> no new privat DSL broadbandconnections
only business DSL with premium pricing (10x)

Public Support Programms (for incumbents DSL)
• Where: Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and
Rheinland – Pfalz
• How: 1) Proove bandwith is > 1Mbit
& guesstimate the need
2) Publish your local need for 3 weeks
3) Select best offer (coverage, price ..)
4) Apply for financial support
Limit: EUR 100.000 / 70 % tt. costs
=> in most cases not enough – fail is guaranteed

• less income is weakening local economy
• (younger-) people are leaving / stay away
