About us
‘Those In Need’ is an initiative which recognizes, appreciates and intends to channelize all those small efforts we make to serve the society. It aspires to serve as a junction between those who are in need and those who believe in contributing to address those needs. It seeks to connect and direct the efforts of various NGOs, self-funded societies and individuals working in their personal capacities.

Abhishek Saini Rohit Yadav Kshitij Chaudhary A creative young economist
with the motivation to change the society, Abhishek is
handling the online portal of Those In Need. He holds
expertise in developing the business, reach and
communicative capacity of Those In Need through social
media platforms. He also mobilizes volunteers and the wider team of Those In Need.
An economist and a Research enthusiast, Rohit is a true ENFJ personality. With the motive of
changing societies, Rohit is a proud co-founder of Those In
Need, and is adept in coordinating the network of
NGOs and handling the jointly held events between Those In
Need and the Not-for-Profit sector clients.
A development economist by profession, Kshitij has lived, studied and worked in five
countries. With solid experience working with multi-
lateral organisations across Africa, Kshitij is guiding the expansion and growth of
Those In Need, and giving a robust strategic direction to our
venture.

Currently, we have a team of 35 Volunteers, 4 content writer, 2 designers, 1 creative unit, 2 marketing and legal advisors, and 3 support staff

Acknowledging the crucial role NGOs play in addressing various societal issues, we extend this space to various NGOs to help them to reach a larger audience. We welcome them to share their struggles, achievements, individual stories and intend to bring their valuable efforts to the fore.

Society
A small step holds the calibre to walk a mile. Reckoning with this belief, we assume that individual initiatives are as valuable as collective attempts to serve the society. To give due recognition to all those individuals whose small endeavours are directed towards a noble cause, we invite such stories and heartedly extend this space to bring such unnoticed initiatives to light.
