The events currently being held are all strong initiatives that leverage the core competencies developed by the CLF

However, funding needs to be raised and that can be done through the creation of scalable awareness

Engagement among youth is what is necessary in order to create something replicable, encompassing and viral initiative

Conclusion

By engaging the youth we create a pool of dedicated human capital with the intent of raising both awareness and funds for the CLF on-site and online. By creating enjoyable, boisterous and entertaining events the CLF can ensure publicity and create viral network effects via the online "Liver Disease, Canada Please" initiative. Our primary aims are two fold: Firstly, each event should attempt to successfully raise $100 on a bi-weekly basis. This would raise $5,200 in additional funding. Secondly, the Quebec CLF should endeavour to drive an extra 1,000,000 unique visitors to it's site globally on an annual basis and be able to encourage roughly 5% of visitors to donate an average of $1 to fund the Quebec CLF's initiatives. This would raise $50,000 in additional funding.
