Registration Process for "Challenge Status Pathway"

1. Select Mode of Education as “Self Study” in the drop-down list. 2. Obtain NCFM Number from NSE Website. To create the NCFM number please goes to Online Register/ Enroll in the NCFM tab. 3. Register as a Student Member of FPSB India online. Select offline payment option and enter dummy payment details as 0 in the same. The System allows you to generate your Members Login ID and "Password". 4. Submit the signed Student Registration Form; self attested Qualification Documents (12+ Qualification Certificate as required, Photograph and Marriage Certificate or Pan Card Copy/Passport Copy in case of change of name after marriage) to FPSB India, Mumbai Office before August 15, 2016. 5. FPSB India verifies the documents and activates the Student Registration and online login facility. A confirmation email is sent by FPSB India upon confirmation. 6. A Student can take the Exam 1 to 5 immediately after the activation. 7. For examinations log on to www.nseindia.com Education Certifications NSE Fin Talent/NCFM

Login 8. After logging to your online account Check Seat Availability for examination Pay Fees Book your seat.

1. Check your Eligibility Criteria for the Challenge Status Program. 2. Select Challenge Status Route as Charter Member and select Name of the Charter Member in the drop-down list. 3. Obtain NCFM Number from NSE Website. 4. Register as a Student (Challenge Status Pathway) of FPSB India online. Select offline payment option and enter dummy payment details as 0 in the same. The System allows you to generate your Members Login ID and "Password". 5. Submit the signed Challenge Status Registration Form and other documents to FPSB India (Challenge Status Division), Mumbai Office before August 15, 2016. 6. FPSB India verifies the documents and activates the Student Registration and online login facility. A confirmation email is sent by FPSB India upon confirmation. 7. A Student can immediately schedule Exam 5 through NSE India Login facility. 8. For examinations log on to www.nseindia.com Education Certifications NSE Fin Talent/NCFM

Login 9. After logging to your online account Check Seat Availability for examination Pay Fees Book your seat.

Student Registration Pathway 1. Print Out of the Submitted Student Registration Form. 2. Passport Size Photo (if not submitted online) 3. 12 (HSC) / Graduation Certificate i.e. any one of your Highest Educational Qualification supporting document (Self Attested) 4. Special declaration form/Identity Card & Visiting Card, letter/e-mail from the authority. 5. Marriage Certificate or Pan Card /Passport Copy in case of change of name after marriage (Self Attested)

Challenge Status Pathway 1. Print out of Challenge Status Registration Form. 2. Passport size Photo (if not submitted online) 3. Graduation and Post Graduation Passing Certificate (Self Attested) 4. Professional Qualifications Certificate as applicable (Self Attested) 5. Additional Certifications Certificate as applicable (Self Attested) 6. More than 3 years Work Experience Certificates (Self Attested) 7. Special Declaration form (Attested by Authorized Signatory ) 8. Special Declaration Form should be attested by Head -HRD of Charter Member Organization. Candidates, who are getting registered through Regular Pathway, have to mention their Charter Member organization name on the top of the printout of Student Registration Form. If candidate has NCFM number already, they need not create another number for registration. Same NCFM number can be used for CFP Certification Program. Fees Structure for CFP Certification Program:
