While our two main products are recreational and competitive sand soccer and sand volleyball, we really sell fun, exercise and excitement in and upbeat and lively environment. Thunder Beach's main concept is to add-on our unique and proprietary programs of recreational and competitive sand soccer and sand volleyball to existing businesses that have either a very large parking lot or land in front, behind or on the side of their business which they are not using.

Over the past 24 years, Tim McCormack has built 10 sand volleyball complexes as add-ons to existing businesses. In Omaha, Nebraska he added his business onto a baseball/softball batting cage complex, a driving range, and a bowling center. In 1990, he purchased a 4.2 acre tract of land in Millard, Nebraska and he built a tremendous stand-alone facility with 8 outdoor sand volleyball courts, 3 sand volleyball indoor courts, including a large sports bar and restaurant. In Bellevue, Nebraska Tim built on to a motel. In Lincoln, Nebraska he built on to a bar/restaurant, and on to a concession facility at State Fair Park. In Atlanta, Georgia Tim helped build on to a softball complex. In Kansas City, Missouri he built on to a skating center/ miniature golf center, and a location at a restaurant/bar.

PAST HISTORY

24 years ago Tim McCormack introduced the sport of recreational sand volleyball to the people in Omaha, Nebraska with tremendous success. Tim has built and owned complexes in Omaha, Lincoln, Millard and Bellevue Nebraska. He has also built complexes in Kansas City, Missouri and Atlanta, Georgia. All of these businesses were added on to existing businesses, except one, the Millard location, which was a stand alone facility.

In Omaha, Tim has added his business on to: a baseball, softball batting cage facility a driving range a bowling center In 1990, he purchased a 4.2 acre tract of land in Millard, Nebraska and he built a tremendous stand-alone facility with 8 outdoor and 4 indoor sand volleyball courts.

Out side of Omaha Tim's programs have been successful as add-on facilities in: Bellevue, Nebraska - motel Lincoln, Nebraska - bar/restaurant Lincoln, Nebraska - concession facility at State Fair Park Atlanta, Georgia - softball complex Kansas City, Missouri - skating center/miniature golf center Kansas City, Missouri - restaurant/bar

THE THUNDER BEACH MAIN CONCEPTAs you can see from the various locations that we have built and sold in the past, most of our past facilities have been add-on facilities to already existing businesses. Adding our program of recreational and competitive sand soccer and sand volleyball on to existing businesses that meet our criteria is our main focus. Not every business that has available space will qualify to become a Thunder Beach location. A business must meet at least 17 of the 24 point criteria for it to qualify.

Over the last 24 years in business, Tim McCormack has learned a lot of lessons, some good and some not so good, and he remembers both. To get some idea on fees simply look at what it costs to participate in a softball, golf, bowling or tennis league.

Listed below is our idea of the length of what a season might be for the area of the Country a Thunder Beach complex might be located. In considering the number of seasons in a year, the length of each season, the cost for a team's

LOCATIONS

The Thunder Beach business plan calls for several complexes in cities with a population over 50,000 and depending upon where you live, you could be the single franchisee in that area or you could be part of a larger fraternity of Thunder Beach franchisees.

Example, in Kansas City, in our past business program, we built a complex right off 134th and Holmes in Martin City on the south side, and another complex in Gladstone which is on the north side of Kansas City. Whereas, in Millard and in Bellevue Nebraska, we built single complexes.

If you know of a business that has land next to it, behind it, or a very large parking lot that the business is not using, you should think about becoming a Thunder Beach franchisee and submit this site to us for consideration. Not all businesses submitted will receive our approval. Thunder Beach has a 24 point check list to qualify each business and unless a business receives a score of 17 or more on this check list, we will not approve it for a possible location. This site selection process is just one of the many aspects of the Thunder Beach franchise system of doing business that distinguishes our program from others.
