Index Card Info

On the first index card you will write the phrase “Push Factors” and come up with the definition as a group

On the second index card you will write the phrase “Pull Factors” and come up with the definition as a group

As a group you will then sort the index cards and place them where they belong under push or pull factors, it is possible for an answer to be both a push and pull factor

Class discussion

One person from each group will read one of the eight listed reason and determine if it is a push or pull factor.

The other groups will be asked if they agree or disagree as to weather or not that is the correct factor if you disagree they must be able to explain why

Take 3-5 minutes to think about the following question independently take notes on your thoughts and be prepared to share it with your partner

Which of these push and pull factors do you think still occur today and which ones do you think no longer occur?

If you and your partner disagree on something you are tasked to come up with a common/shared answer.
