The luxury condo market in Charleston has certainly been gaining steam since 2013. The concept of “lock and leave style” is the mentality of many buyers in today’s marketplace. It’s a trend we are not only seeing in seasonal residents, but also in full-time residents. Of the 17 Tides IV buyers so far, over 70% plan to call it their primary residence as the majority are moving from a single family residence.
