The Tiger Crane 8051 was designed and built to provide theservice technician an enhanced level of speed, control, safetyand usable length. The 8051 cranemoves to a working position quickly,and then uses the exclusive Auto IISpeed load sensing system to automatically reduce all functionspeeds when a load issensed. The Auto II Speedsystem also increases thefeel and control of theproportional system, byusing the full resolution of thetrigger to control the lower speed.The hydraulic planetary winch, utilizingan axial piston motor provides unequaled low speed control, yet will spool to 70 ft/min. The valve system utilizesintegrated 9 micron absolute filtration to clean all thehydraulic oil before it enters the crane, ensuring contaminant freeoperation of valves and motors. Hex Boom Design incorporatesthe use of high tensile strength steel for greater strength andreduced weight. A double reduction rotation package provides400’ of rotation, and the strength to rotate the rated lift capacityup an incline. Wireless proportional controlfeatures frequency hopping technology forinterference free use, and includes a 33 fttether cord that can be used instead of batteries,or in areas where radio use is not permitted.Indicator lights provide direct feed back on craneoperation including radio link, overload condition,speed, anti two block, filter bypass, and valve operation.
