This is an official USCF-rated tournament. USCF rules and regulations will be strictly adhered

to. All players must have current memberships in order to play. Participants must provide

their own pencils and clocks. Boards and pieces will be provided. Time control is Game 30

for all sections except the Reserve2 which will be Game 45. Please note that no electronic devices other than approved USCF notation devices will be allowed in the playing areas.
