What is a time

lapse?

This is one of my favourite time

lapses that I have seen!

Why did we use a

time lapse? The time lapse shows

time passing, therefore

emphasising the point

that she has been there

for a very long time.

Shows how her world is

speeding around of her,

but she remains slow,

pointing out there is a

problem with her.

Shows how our

character is alone and

therefore that no one

understands her.

It makes the character

much more secretive

and there is a sense of

loss.

Shows the characters

life is at a stand still.
