FTMS reserves the right to vary or cancel any of the courses described in this form, or alter the composition of the relevant lecturing team as well as the timetable for lectures should the circumstances so require.2. Under all circumstances, only the enrolled and paid students can attend our lectures or use the student supporting services. No friends, relatives, or other substitutes are allowed to attend in place of the registered student.3. Terms and Conditions for using FTMS Online Videos/Live Broadcast

Course Materials

1. If you want hardcopies of course materials, you can collect them on the date of the lesson orthereafter. You are required to make a request to us 3 working days prior to collection and bring

along your student card and HKID Card for identification purpose.

2. All course materials must be collected in person and before the class.

FTMS Online platform

1. Course Videos will be uploaded to a designated platform according to the course timetable

and your access information will be emailed to you 2 working days before the first class or

within 3 working days after confirming your enrollment, whichever is later.

2. FTMS will deploy all best efforts to host the videos recorded by our subject matter experts

and use a commercially tested platform to render all the necessary services. We do not

guarantee that the platform will be error-free. The platform and the services are provided “as is”

and “as available” using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care.

3. FTMS reserves the rights to revise the course materials on its platform whenever necessary.

4. The access to the online videos are only valid for December 2020 diet.

5. FTMS reserve the rights: (a) to change at any time, without justification and without prior

notice, the Terms & Conditions, the content and services provided, the platform’s functionalities

as well as the platform’s versions or the provided Content and features, (b) to discontinue / stop,

partially or in total, the Content of the platform and/or any user account, (c) to limit the access

of the entire platform to any registered or unregistered User.

6. The access for students to the platform are intended for personal use and for study purpose

only. Students are prohibited to share their login details with third party. FTMS reserves the

rights to suspend and/or delete a user Account and/or refuse the opening of a user account, at

any time, for any reason, including in the event we become aware of the infringing use of the

course materials/videos by the student. You may be subjected to legal action if you are being

found to use our course materials/videos without our consent.

7. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of FTMS.

Live broadcast policy

The Courses are set to be in Classroom Delivery Mode but live online training and broadcast

with our principal lecturers and subject matter experts will be conducted if the situation of the

Coronavirus does not improve. Confirmation will be made around 2 weeks before every

class. By live online training and broadcast, the class will start and end according to the

timetable, it is not a form of pre-recorded online video of which students could access for

viewing after the scheduled upload time. If students missed the live broadcast, they are

required to reserve seat in video room for catch-up. Students can request up to 3 sessions

(each session last for 3 hours) for the catch-up. Video catch-up services are provided “as is”

and “as available” using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care.

Other unexpected issues

FTMS reserve the rights to make further arrangement of the course, if necessary.
