Methodology and Processes• Authored, and Deployed Project Lifecycle(s), Porftolio Management Processes, and

Contracts Negotiation Lifecycles to support a Global IT organization across all functions.• Authored IT business management processes to support office of CIO which includes

financial forecast/budgets, strategy alignment, fiscal strategy and budget planning, globlal business services strategy, and global procurement.

Systems• Succesully deployed Planview to over 20 design centers world-wide reaching over 1600

employees.• Designed and lead development effort for internal Project Management system. When

completed, over 500 users in IT world-wide reaching over 15 functional IT teams.• Designed IT project management processes for Planview which icnludeds project

delivery and investment management.

Enablement• Authored an acceleration program for project management for the President of Human

Resources. This program included Four levels of certifications in which Project Managers could advance their knowledge and procencies. Once completed, program rolled out to all functions world-wide with over 300 participants to date.

Deployments | Highlights

Apptio• In process of deploying IT Planning, Costs Transparency, and IT Benchmarking modules

from Apptio. • When IT Planning module is deployed, Global IT will have a financial budget and

forecasting process that will provide “Real-Time” data. These IT business management processes will enable the CIO staff to perform “What-If’s with more accruate decision making.

• Post Costs Transparency, our CIO will be able to understand, communicate, and action costs of each service provided to the business. We will have a proforma for each business function that will include costs of application, infrastructure, and projects.

• IT Benchmarking when completed will give our CIO real time benchmarking metrics against our peers in the industry.

Planview• In process of deploying Planview’s Investment module to support annual planning or

portfolio management processes.• By Q1, we will have all project investment information available with a process to assist

in decision making.• In addition, all functions will manage the IT projects in the Execution module by Q3.
