Macaroni Bake
4 cups cooked macaroni
200g ham, sliced
1 cup (100g) grated cheddar cheese
400g can condensed tomato soup
Ingredients
InstructionsPreheat oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, add the macaroni, ham and half the cheese
Add the soup, season with cracked pepper and stir to combine.
Transfer to a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
OPTIONAL: Add ½ cup of frozen mixed veggies to the macaroni for additional nutritional value.
When you can buy a bag of macaroni from most supermarkets anywhere from $1 - $1.50, ANYTHING with macaroni not only pleases the kids, but the bank balance too!

Porcupines
800g lean beef mince
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup long-grain white rice
800g can condensed tomato soup
Ingredients
InstructionsPreheat oven 180C.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, eggs, rice and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Mix well and form into 4cm meatballs.
Place in a large baking dish and cover with the soup.
Swirl ½ cup water around the empty can, loosening remaining soup.
Add this to the meatballs.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the mince is cooked and the rice ‘pops’ making the meatball look like a spicy
little ‘porcupine!’

1kg chicken drumsticks
420g can condensed tomato soup
40g packet French onion soup
Easy & Economical
Ingredients
InstructionsPreheat oven 180C.
Trim excess fat from drumsticks and place in a large ovenproof dish.
Stir together the tomato soup, French onion soup and ½ cup water and pour over the legs.
Season with cracked pepper.
Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve drizzled with the yummy sauce this dish produces.
