Tintoria Ltd was established in 1993 and has grown since then to become one of the leading launders

and drycleaners in the country. We specialize in executive dry cleaning as well as institutional and

commercial laundry and dry cleaning. Our main factory is locate d at the ground �oor of Soin

Arcade in Westlands, which also serves as the head o�ce.

The company strives to o�er e�cient dry cleaning and laund ry services and at all times maintaining

high quality output to customer satisfaction .

The process involved in service delivery either takes the form of walk in clients or corporate clients.

For walk in customers , the items are brought to the collection centers from where they are collected,

booked in through the computer system and delivered to the factory for the laundry process.

Pre – laundry analysis is carried out on all items to ensure the correct laundry procedures are

followed. The items go through the laundry process and �nishing and post – laundry analysis for

quality checks.

They are then packaged and delivered to the collection point that is convenient for the customer

according to their preference, from where they will collect them.

For corporate customers, the items are picked from the client’s premises, recorded and delivered to

the factory, after which they are booked in as pre -laundry analysis is carried out. The items go

through the prescribed laundry process, the quality check process and then packaged and delivered

back to the client, along with the delivery note and invoice. Collections and delivery times are pre -

set for the various customers according to their needs and speci�cations.
