Who is FHFG ?

Florida Home Finance Group (FHFG) is a joint venture between Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Prudential Florida Realty.

What does that mean? Wells Fargo has partnered with Prudential

Florida Realty to be able to have HMCs sit in the Prudential offices. These HMCs have access to the WF products, programs, services, etc…

What does that mean for you the Agent? It means that you can easily

refer your buyers to a well qualified FHFG/WF HMC. You can also obtain updates and have face to face conversation with the lender (HMC) at almost any time. In today’s world of lending communication is a big advantage.
