For Cost Centers: Activity

Enter KSB1 on the command line and press enter.

For Cost Centers: Activity Viewing Costs/Balances:  KSB1

Display Line Item Detail Enter the Cost Center and

Posting Period Hit the execute button.

For Cost Centers: Activity

These are the actual line items that posted to your cost center.

To see the actual Document, Double - click on a Line Item. In this example, I clicked on the First Line Item (431100).

For Cost Centers: Activity

This will give you the actual element, document number, posting date, etc.

The hat icon will tell you what user posted the document.

Hit the green arrow key to back out

For Cost Centers: Budgets

Enter Y_DEV_17000001 on the command line.

Press Enter.

For Cost Centers: Budgets Viewing Budgets for Cost Centers:   Y_DEV_17000001   Then enter your Fund, and hit the

execute button.

You will usually enter one fund at a time.

FOR WBS ELEMENTS: Activity

Viewing Activity for WBS Elements S_ALR_87013542

Type <S_ALR_87013542> into the command field….and hit the green check

FOR WBS ELEMENTS: Activity

Select “00000001” from the matchbox list

Hit the green check in the “Enter profile” box….

FOR WBS ELEMENTS: Activity

Enter the appropriate WBS Element, along with Fiscal Year and Period, and hit the execute button.

Also, enter in Cost Element Group, “PS_PLN_ACT”.

For additional detail, click on a particular Cost Element.

Next, click on the first Project Line Item selection.

Checking Budgets and Budget Variances on WBS Elements:

When you look for a WBS Element in Funds Management, the WBS Element is a fund with the exact same number.

Y_DEV_17000002 Enter <Y_DEV_17000002> on the

command line, and hit the green check Enter the appropriate Fund you want to

look at, and hit the Execute Button.

For more detail, double click on the blue line that the fund is on.
