of real estate development in India, bagged a project by PGCIL (Power Grid Corporation of India

Limited).

About the client

This real estate development group has primarily focussed on the creation of

premium residential, commercial, retail, integrated townships, life-style gated

communities and redevelopment projects which are based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.

This group has interests in real estate development, property and project

management, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), contracting for power transmission and infrastructure

projects.

of ours has developed over 80 landmarks till date.

The Project

This esteemed client of ours bagged a 765KV single circuit transmission line

project from PGCIL.

This single circuit transmission line project, is divided into two

parts, first, from Kanpur to Aligarh and then from Aligarh to

Jetikalan, in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

The entire stretch of this project is approximately estimated to be 440km. The number of towers

required for this project is 1300.

The challenges faced by the client

The client was facing some very basic problems. Due to the remoteness of the

construction site, moving materials to and fro from the site was incurring very huge

costs.

The remoteness of the location also resulted in a situation where there was a huge unavailability of

labour.
