vice rectorfor international cooperationof the University of Nis, Dragana Cvetkovic Ilic presented the project, its overall goals as well as recent and some of the next activities. Also, she presented the web site of the project as well as the management project platform and explained how to find all the relevant documents using it. The NEO representatives approved of what they were presented and asked some questions in order to clarify the final results of some activities. After interesting discussions and a lot of useful advice given by the NEO representatives, the representatives from the University of Belgrade and the University of Kragujevac, Nedeljko Milosavljevic and Aleksandar Aleksić described the roles and the progress of their institutions in the project. Specially, Nedeljko Milosavljevic noticed that there is a connection between Re@WBC and some other projects (TRAIN, RODOS) so that a synergy can be achieved.Marija Ožegović Filipović recommended to the project partners to consider the possibility of the use of the databases of the researchers from Serbia which already exist at the Ministry of Science and Education. She has commented that it seems that the project team is very dedicated to working on the project. In opinion of Ivana Živadinović, although a huge number of researchers will be trained during the project lifetime, it will be of great significance to try to measure the impact of the trainings by conducting surveys or in some other ways.
