Follow the order of your presentation outline

Write in point form, not complete sentences; Avoid wordiness: use key words and phrases only

Include 4-5 points per slide

Use different size fonts for main points and secondary points (Use standard fonts)

For example: body text font 24-point, the main point font 28-point, and the title font 36-point

Use a font color that contrasts sharply with the background

Use graphs/pictures rather than just charts and sentences; Always title your graphs

Use a conclusion slide to:

Summarize the main points of your presentation

Suggest future avenues of research

Finish your presentation in time: PLAN AND PRACTICE BEFOREHAND
