Introduction Looking at a title sequence will give me an idea on how to open a film. This will help me by looking at the different titles in which they use in order to communicate the story. I will look at the different titles used and which order they go in. I will also look at the different companies in which are shown in the title sequence.

Summary The information that is communicated to the audience is how produces the film, the title of the film and it gives a taster of what the rest of the film might be like. For example the opening sequence shows a man that has to cut his own eye out to get out the game. It commutates a bit about the characters, it shows the main character of Jigsaw, it also introduces another character which is the victim. I think that who produces the film is shown in the title sequence to give an idea what genre it is. For example looking at 'Twisted Pictures' gives you the impression that it is horror as they focus on producing horror films. The title of the film is shown to show the audience what film they are watching and they use the same font in each of their films. The style of the titles relate to the genre as they use dark colours with a creepy font.
