COHORT CLASS 2020 Reporting

• All Graduates in the 2020 cohort should be reported as non-waiver graduates.

• All Graduates in the 2020 cohort must be reported with a non-waiver diploma designation.

• Diploma Types 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, and 16 may be submitted for 2020 cohort students graduating in the 2020 school year.

between IDOE and education entities.

• Implementing Ed-Fi Data Standards and Technology Suite

• Improving data transfer methods

• Addressing non-SIS bulk data submissions

• Transitioning to robust business rule management

2020-21 School Year

Certification: All schools must certify the following data components via Data Exchange.

• Attendance (July 2021)

• Non-certified employees (October 2020)

• Calendar (July 2021)

Onboarding: Schools with an Indiana Ed-Fi Certified SIS Vendor.

• As SIS vendors are certified throughout the year schools will be onboarding and connecting to the IDOE’s Data Exchange system

Bulk Uploads:

• Any data not available to be transferred via the SIS vendor system, or any schools without an Indiana Ed-Fi Certified SIS vendor will need to submit the required data via the bulk upload feature in Data Exchange

2021-22 School Year

• There will be six certifications of data throughout the year

• Data Exchange will be considered the “VALID Source of Truth” for all data

• STN App Center will continue to accept data for comparison only and will be required for schools who are not considered “a pilot” in the 2021 school year for comparison of data

Onboarding: Schools with an Indiana Ed-Fi Certified SIS Vendor.

• IDOE will onboard remaining schools as their vendor becomes certified

• Bulk uploads will be utilized for limited modules schools may not have purchased (such as a Human Resource module) or their SIS vendor does not support as well as schools that do not have a student system or has a vendor that is Indiana Certified

Title Updates

• New system features a Pre-Application and a Consolidated Application for the afore mentioned

Title grants

• Pre-application will be due July 1st and consolidated application will be due Aug 31st

• Training plans will be communicated through the office of Title Grants and Support

• INtelligrants will launch statewide. In order to ensure a smooth transition, organizations that

experience concerns with INtelligrants may request to use legacy application for the 2020-2021

grant applications.

• CARES Act applications will not be included in the INtelligrants release. Additional information

can be found on https://www.doe.in.gov/grants.
