Research question:

To find out the reason behind the Human Trafficking in Bangladesh my main research

question is-

“To what extent Human Trafficking are Prevent by the national and international law in

Bangladesh?”

Sub-Question:

• How does national law address human trafficking through prevention,

prosecution and protection?

• What are the key reasons behind trafficking, why people are trafficked in

Bangladesh?

• How does Bangladesh instruct people about human trafficking rules

according to national legislation?

• What steps does take United Nation Convention against Transnational

Organized Crime and its Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish

Trafficking Persons that entered into force in 2003? What is Bangladesh

doing to implement the Convention?

• How many foreign countries are fighting against human trafficking?
